Sacred Heart Parish School serves the Sacred Heart Parish Community by providing a quality Catholic elementary education (K-8) that is based on the Gospel values of Jesus, and is dedicated to the development of the spiritual, intellectual, social-emotional and physical life of our students.

Student Council Thanksgiving Basket Drive 

The Thanksgiving Food Drive to benefit the Sacramento Food Bank, will end on November 20th.  Barrels to collect the items are in the cafeteria.

Kindergarten:  Peanut Butter & Jelly
1st Grade:  Baking Goods
2nd Grade:  Dry Foods (Packaged)
3rd Grade:  Soups
4th Grade:  Nuts
5th Grade:  Pasta
6th Grade:  Canned Vegetables
7th Grade:  Snacks (pretzels, licorice, etc.)
8th Grade:  Canned Fruit

In addition to the items listed above, the Sacramento Food Bank's Spirit of Giving (SOG) Wish List also includes these items:

  • Clothing:  Men's and women's clothing in all sizes, business attire, school uniforms for youth, jackets, sleeping bags, etc.
  • Parenting Supplies:  Diapers, toiletries, toys, baby clothing, etc.

 

Picture Make Up Days

Friday, October 24th:  (NOTE NEW DATE) Class Pictures for Grades 5th & 7th only. Appropriate uniforms to be worn (socks included).

Friday, November 21st: Individual Pictures for 7th and make-up pictures for students needing a re-take or absent.  Non-uniform dress guidelines will be sent home.
