Vice President
The Parent Teacher Guild Vice-President has the following primary duties:
- Manages the accounting, bookkeeping
and auditing of Parent Teacher Guild operating budget by maintaining general
ledgers, insuring the prompt settlement of accounts payable/receivable,
and preparing monthly budget reports and checking account reconciliations.
- Serves
as Chair of the Ways & Means Council to coordinate major
family fundraising activities.
- Assumes the responsibilities of the
Parent Teacher Guild President upon the absence or vacancy of the President.
