Welcome
I. What is Catholics Come Home?
Catholics Come Home (CCH) is a parish ministry oriented primarily to those Catholics who have left the Church, "drifted" away or stopped regular participation in Catholic religious practices, and have an interest in returning to the Church.
Those who are not Catholic but have an interest are equally welcome.
Catholics Come Home offers an opportunity through a 6-week series of discussions to:
- Reacquaint you with the Catholic Church.
- Offer some of the "basics" on the nature and history of the Church, the tenets of the faith, and the Catholic Sacraments of the Eucharist (and the Mass) and Reconciliation.
- "Open the door" to active participation.
- Answer questions and foster discussion on a variety of topics or concerns.
If you have thought about “coming home”, want to learn more, or simply to see “if it’s for you”, then we invite you to attend any or all of these sessions.
II. When are the CCH sessions offered?
Presently they are offered twice a year—typically in the Fall and again in late Winter or early Spring.
Our next series of 6 sessions starts 23-FEB-2012.
They are held in the evening from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
III. Where are the CCH sessions held?
At the Sacred Heart Parish Hall located behind the Church and rectory—
1040 39th Street, Sacramento.

IV. How to Participate
Simply show up for as many of the sessions as you can, hopefully all of them!
